Transformational Painting

Are your negative thoughts holding you back from living to your fullest potential? 

Transformational Painting focuses on using paint as a tool for personal growth and self expression.  It is where you will get all of those negative stories and limiting beliefs out of your head and transform them into something beautiful! Throughout the class, participants are encouraged to let go of any self judgement or preconceived notions about their artistic abilities.  You will leave with a piece of artwork and a deeper understanding of yourself.

In this class you will be guided through the process of releasing all of those negative thoughts and limiting beliefs, and transforming them into something beautiful. You do not need any special art skills for this class.   

2 hour class. Each participant will leave with an 8x10 canvas
